Shopping online is somewhat different from in-store purchases. In a physical store, you can see and often touch the product, getting a true sense of its color and size. However, when you order a product from our webshop and it doesn't meet your expectations, you have the option to exchange it or request a return within 30 days.

Please note that the shipping costs for the return will be at your expense and will not be refunded by us.

How to Request a Return:

1. Submit a Return Request

   • Within 30 days of receiving your order, initiate a return through our return portal. This can easily be done using your email address and order number.

2. Complete the Return Form

   • Once you've entered your details, your order will appear. Specify which products you intend to return and provide a reason for the return.

3. Choose a Shipping Method

   • Your details will already be pre-filled. You only need to select a carrier for the return. We typically work with GLS, but you're welcome to choose an alternative carrier.

   Please be aware that the shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by us.

4. Return Label

   • Print the return label and affix it to the return box. Take the package to a drop-off point of your chosen carrier.

   Important! Before returning, make sure to remove the old shipping label.

5. Refund

   • Once we receive and approve your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 business days. If you've selected payment by invoice, the amount will be deducted from the outstanding balance.

If you decide to revoke the entire agreement, you will receive a refund for all payments you've made up to that point, including the initially paid delivery costs, except for any additional costs due to your choice of a different delivery method other than our offered cheapest standard delivery.

Returning the entire package entitles you to a refund of the initial delivery costs.
